  • Support with energy debt and disputes with suppliers
  • Help with raising complaints against energy suppliers or distributors
  • Referrals to Home Energy Scotland (HES)
  • Benefit entitlement checks and referrals to the Warm Home Discount
  • Support registering for the Priority Services Register for vulnerable households
  • Carbon monoxide (CO) awareness sessions through one-to-one advice
