Aberdeen Citizens Advice Bureau saw 5,275 clients during the year 2023-2024 and provided them 
with advice and information by our 38 staff and 42 Volunteer Advisers. Despite Aberdeen being regarded as an affluent city, debt issues (9.5% percent of cases) and benefits issues (44% percent of 
cases), were the main reason for clients attending the Bureau.
